Service Tracking

This is a unique service that is provided to companies that have field teams providing onsite technical and maintenance services. Our service tracker team contacts customers who are to receive the technical, repair or maintenance service and tracks the adherence by the field service team. This includes

  1. Contact of clients who are to be provided the technical or repair or maintenance service at their premises
  2. Checking whether the service was provided as planned and if provided, then to get feedback on the various elements including timeliness, accuracy and customer service orientation of the field technical team
  3. Resolving any issue related to the service call
  4. Reporting back to the client organisation
